MISSED FACE-TO-FACE

100% of face-to-face training sessions are required to be attended to successfully complete the course. If an emergency arises and a session is missed, you will have one complementary ‘make up’ session available to you. This session will take place in the next course that has space available. If any more than one make up is required, a fee will be administered in order for you to complete the training and receive your certificate.

PRACTICAL ASSESSMENTS

You will complete two final assessments on the last days of your training that will include a teaching practical and a demonstration practical. These practical exams will be graded based on the criteria outlined in the online training portal.

If the exams are not completed satisfactorily, the exam can be attempted again in the following intake at no extra cost. If a third attempt is required, a fee will be required to resit.
